Super comfortable bed, super good breakfast, lots of variety and for lack of something they will serve it to you without problem, lovely buffet girl :) The staff is exceptional, always helpful and friendly, from the reception, through the waitresses that we crossed floor and breakfast staff in the dining room, located far from the center, well connected, because a few steps there is a subway stop and you move super well and fast. We are very happy with the service of Happyculture, last day we ran out of batteries in our mobiles and extra batteries, we went to a nearby one of the group because we were in Opera and I have to say that the staff was again very charming and helpful, we charged the mobiles and rested for a while while while we had a coffee and they solved the problem for us, grateful with the service.
the girl's extra bed that was a small sofa bed, was very hard and ended up sleeping the 3 nights with us ... a little strange 3 bathrooms in the same room ... uncomfortable the fall of the ceilings as it was an attic, would have preferred a smaller room but with normal ceilings

Everything phenomenal, the treatment of the personnel, the clean and comfortable room, the complete breakfast, the very good location, like 20 min of all the points of interest in meter (lines 7 and 8 very near). Everything is perfect. In any case I would highlight the kindness of the staff, were willing and helped in everything necessary always with a smile on his face. The decoration is also very good, very modern, you can see that they have recently reformed it. You can't smoke in the hotel, so it doesn't smell bad, but for smokers there is a pretty cool courtyard on the ground floor where you can smoke.
I liked everything. To say a couple of things: There is only one elevator for 5 people and there are moments of more movement (breakfast and so on) in which you have to wait a long time for it to be released and that in the same street there are not too many things, there are restaurants and so on but let's say that it is not a tourist attraction (except for the Republic Square which is very close). However, it's a minor problem because the metro is very close and it doesn't take long to get to the areas of interest.

Staff at reception very helpful and provided travel info & maps. The staff printed out the Eurostar e-ticket for us right away when we requested that. Hotel comfortable, clean and modern deisgn. Breakfast very good, with fresh fruit salad, cold cuts, hot sausage & scrambled eggs. Short walking distance to 2 train stations and 2 Metro stops. Bus on the street. Supermarkets nearby and lots of restaurants. Free wi-fi worked well in room. There are English and Chinese tv channels. Air- cond. Worked well. It was unexpectedly quiet even our rooms on Magenta Blvd.. A very busy main street in Paris.

I enjoyed really friendly and best employees!
The location was ideal, a walking distance from place Jacques-Bonsergent. They gave me classic room with a sofa-bed for the kid as well as proper beds. The breakfast was hot and savoury for vegetarians, all the food was appetising.

The location of the hotel is great: 3 underground lines stops are on walking distance and any site in the city can be reached within 15 minutes. The breakfast was excellent.
First night we spent in the room with street view and it was difficult to sleep since it was a bit noisy and too warm since the air condition did not work. Next day we got the other room which was great.

Very nice and comfortable. Liked trendy design of lobby. Staff was very helpful and informative and the breakfast is very good with a variety of meats, cheeses, yogurt, pastries, breads, etc. Close to Gard d'Est and metro stop.
Room was very hot upon arrival and had difficulty using AC to cool it down.
